This is the MAXIMUM VISIBILITY opportunity to have YOUR food truck parked INSIDE the CAC arena for the duration of the WONDERBALL LAUNCH PARTY event for MAXIMUM optics.
Your food truck will be temporarily co-branded with your brand and WONDERBALL and parked with maximum visibility and guest engagement inside the CAC arena. The CAC will provide additional décor and seating to encourage WONDERBALL guests to enjoy your businesses’ vibe, promotional materials and engagement with your on-site professional business representatives. Please note that your food truck kitchen can be operational and plug-in to the arena for power but cannot be attached to a generator due to noise constraints. An additional 8’ table and tablecloth can be provided on request for these food truck vendors.

Our professional videography and photography team will capture your signature drink and our social media team will tag your preferred name or business in the corresponding story.

IN-KIND HOSPITALITY SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Confirm that your business will provide four hundred (400) bite-size appetizers, desserts or drinks for the WONDERBALL Launch Party
​

Please note that your preferred food or drink item and category will be finalized once your application is received and mutually agreed upon with the CAC at least three weeks prior to the event

Email Donna Koffman at least two weeks prior to the event your food item’s official name and complete ingredient list, including any allergens or cross contaminants, ex. wheat, dairy, nuts. Please include any dietary designations – ex. vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free

Provide a minimum of one (1) business representative who is responsible for set-up, station maintenance and load-out. Your business representative must remain onsite through the event duration

Your business is responsible for your station’s day of set up, service and load out including all décor, props, and food. The CAC will provide a designated block of time for arena access the day of the event

Your business is responsible for all service items to prepare, maintain, display and serve the food or beverages to WONDERBALL guests

Your business is responsible for napkins, plates, cups and flatware required to serve WONDERBALL guests at your station. Business branded hospitality items are welcome and encouraged
